This week on The Mohua Show, we have Anshu Jhujhunwala.
The journey started in 2010 when I decided to give myself a break from exporting bridal wear to UK. Thought being home and watching the kids grow will be my lifestyle now, I thought wrong! In the bargain I became a chef since feeding them became my only goal in Life, made food look interesting and starting cooking a lot more than I had ever imagined.
A new chapter of my life unfolded itself into a food business story. I am just half way my book! It started with me being a home chef for 6 years, then moved into out door catering and serving large corporate houses, Catered to wedding events of over 3000 people and now is at the chapter of becoming a restauranteur!!
The entire journey has been exhilarating and beautiful. The next chapter has more in stock, its building up and I am waiting for it too. If I can become a restauranteur from a home chef I’m sure many more can.
Its not been easy, there have been challenges but the attitude has always been positive and belief that whatever happens, happens only for the good.
