I am elated to see Sushmita’s photos with Lalit Modi.

I had no idea Sush had broken off with her Kashmiri boyfriend. He was so cute with all the exercises they did together.

Now goal post for me to follow Sush has shifted. It’s Lalit Modi I must keep a keen eye on. Will he be able to win her heart, which others couldn’t do, is my constant worry. Don’t fall into the trap baby Sush! Get hitched only if you feel you can’t ditch.

I must admit Lalit isn’t my fav name. It doesn’t sound as exotic.

I have always admired Sushmita for being bold. She has the guts to do what other actors haven’t done earlier. She inspires many of us with her attitude towards life.

We have seen her with Randeep Hooda (I was jealous), he is so sexy. Most of the men she “almost married”, let’s say a little prayer there, Bach Gayi Beti Sush, बच गयी बेटी सुष. They were all either intelligent or very sexy. She chooses well.

Randeep was both but not so commercially successful.

When Sushmita was crowned I told my Dida, “She is a Bengali,” as though all Bengalis won a crown.

Now Lalit is a fugitive. But he is regarded as being extremely intelligent and successful.

Many would say Sush baby is very materialistic. Overlooking her net worth and her good acts.

So on another note. Men want pretty-looking girls by their side and when women want rich men they are called gold diggers Etcetc. I mean look at the hypocrisy!!

If you want pretty you gotta also be pretty and not petty.

I am far away from her world but I am imagining, “will Sushmita become Sushmita Modi?” Gosh! NO!! Sen suits her more.

My concern is, will Modi feed her besan chilla and vegetarian food?

I mean I am concerned as a fellow Bengali. Will she eat Eelish this monsoon? Will her kitchen have mustard oil and fish?

I am getting restless thinking of all this.

Oh, wait! They are dating and she has not yet said “I DO!”

Sushmita Sen is super intelligent and I admire her looks. She adopted two little girls, which very few have done so far in the glamour world. She will surely wait before she says, “हाँ, I Do!”

Sush, we wish you luck and love with whichever man you choose to be with. It’s never them but you that we root for.
